It caught my eye upon claiming a weight loss of up to 20lbs in just 10 days by drinking a special lemonade concoction and went on further to say that there are little or no side effects. The challenge however was for me, the lack of food during the 10 days. That’s not easy, especially when you begin and the body has to start getting use to it. That’s where the tips in the e-book made the difference the 2nd time I tried this diet, aiding me to cope with the challenge. Without the advice in the book, I can’t really tell you I would have been able to stick it out for 10 days. I typically love my food! This manual acted like a mentor who supported and stimulated me, thus enabling me to concentrate on getting the results I needed.
Well, there you go. This acts both as a body cleanse and as a slimming routine. I for one am very satisfied with it which is why I am ready to vouch for its effectiveness.
